Northern Lights Norway 29.10.2025

On the fourth day, we were lucky with the aurora once again. Already in the early evening, bright green bands swept across the entire sky and dominated the view for a long time. In the gaps between them, faint violet auroras also appeared, subtle enough to be invisible to the naked eye, yet adding a beautiful contrast in the photograph.

Around midnight, the shapes shifted once again: the distinctive bands and swirls transformed into an even, wide-spreading veil that illuminated the sky in a more uniform glow. In the last days there was just a small mixture of different northern lights.
