NGC 6541 in the constellation Corona Australis (the Southern Crown)

The globular cluster NGC 6541 is mostly overshadowed by the nearby reflection nebula area around NGC 6726. But with its beautiful mix of hot "blue stragglers" and red giant stars, this easily resolved cluster is another gem in this small constellation.
