IC 5152 - Dwarf Galaxy in the constellation Indus (the Indian)

At the edge of the Local Group, quasi at our intergalactic garden fence, is the bright irregular dwarf galaxy IC 5152. In our image, numerous bright individual stars, star forming regions and dust clouds of the galaxy are visible. Together with the bright foreground star HD 209142 it forms a beautiful cosmic pair.
